We will schedule a 20-Minute Discovery call with your Customer Success Manager (CSM), which we prepare for by sending you a design questionnaire. The questionnaire asks you a variety of questions to help us better understand your landscaping dreams. You will also have the opportunity to share photos and important documents, such as a property survey. We also encourage you to create a Pinterest board to share your ideas.

Scheduling a discovery call with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) before your in-person On-Site Landscape Consultation with your Landscape Designer offers several key benefits that will enhance your overall experience. Your CSM is your primary point of contact throughout your landscaping journey, and will be involved and guide you every step of the way. This preliminary conversation allows us to gather essential information about your needs, preferences, project scope, and budget, ensuring that we come prepared with tailored ideas and solutions. It helps us identify potential challenges early on, so we can address them proactively. If both parties feel good about moving forward, we'll schedule your On-Site Landscape Consultation, which is a $200 investment.

Our expert designer will come to your home or property to take pictures, measurements, and talk with you. They'll listen to your vision, ideas, and concerns to help guide our recommendations and solutions. They'll also make note of any possible issues, like drainage or structural concerns, to incorporate into your design plan. The investment for the On-Site Landscape Consultation is $200, which be credited to your project should you move forward with us for installation. Most projects include design within the $200 On-Site Consultation fee, however, larger construction projects may have additional design fees. We will let you know if you will need additional design fees on our initial phone call. Optional 3D renderings are also available, starting at $500.

With Theiss Landscape Works, you'll receive transparency from beginning to end. Within a week of our initial meeting, we will create a comprehensive design plan that includes scaled designs in an easy-to-read format. Included in your design plan and estimate is one round of revisions, with additional revisions available at an added cost. Our years of experience and attention to detail offer you a design plan that provides exceptional value. Everything from drainage to plant type is accounted for in your personalized design plan. You'll also receive detailed, line-itemized estimate, so you'll face no surprises later on. Once you're ready, you can sign the installation agreement.

When your 30% deposit is paid we will schedule your installation for a time that's convenient for you. You'll be given a timeline that we will stick to, weather permitting. One of our experienced Project Managers will be your designated point of contact for any questions or concerns. During installation work, you will likely see our owner, Monty, as he likes to oversee the installation and ensure everything is running smoothly. At the end of each day, we will clean up after ourselves, making sure you don't feel like you're living in an unfinished work zone during the installation.

This day won't come as a surprise because you'll already know the timeline. It's now time to enjoy your dream outdoor space. You'll walk the property with your Project Manager to review the final product. You'll also receive and learn more about your warranties. We will collect the final payment at this time, but with our detailed and transparent estimate, there should be no surprises.
