Justin has been with Theiss Landscape Works since 2018, he has played an essential role in the daily operations and development of the company since he began. Growing up in the industry and spending some time working as a manager of a nursery have both contributed to the love he now has for landscaping, construction, and plants. He received his degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Idaho. Justin is passionate about entrepreneurship and developing new processes and procedures to better serve our clients as well as create sustainable and healthy growth for the company. Justin lives in Magnolia, Texas with his wife and two small children and loves spending as much time with them outdoors as possible. He also enjoys working with his hands and taking on many DIY projects.

Randy, a proud Texan, immersed in landscaping from childhood. His father founded Theiss Landscaping in the late '60s, and Randy worked there during school breaks. These years fueled his interest in landscape design, growing into a passion. With 20+ years designing custom landscapes, Randy's journey began overseeing crews and working in construction. His field experience heavily influences his design work. Randy, creative and knowledgeable about landscaping, crafts visually appealing, functional, enduring landscapes. He relishes client interactions, seeing his designs come alive. Beyond TLW, Randy pastors in Magnolia, Texas. In leisure, he cherishes time with his wife of 30+ years, four adult children, and seven grandchildren.

He received his degree from the school of hard knocks (TLW University). He has been a licensed irrigator since 2011. His passions are serving the Lord, fishing, as well as spending time with Evangela, wife of 29 years, his adult children, Zane and Zoe, other family and friends.
